Quentin Faust
Practice Description
Quentin has a wide-ranging business law practice where he advises both public and private clients on a variety of legal matters, including public and private capital raising; federal securities law compliance; intellectual property, licensing and technology transactions; as well as mergers and acquisitions. For many of his clients, Quentin functions as their outside general counsel, interacting directly with company management, boards of directors, and board committees.
